Refund Policy

2. Return Process

Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs, unless the return is caused by our error (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product). Please keep the return tracking number for reference—we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Refund & Exchange Details
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) (typically within 3–5 business days of arrival at our warehouse) and confirm they meet eligibility requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, with processing times varying by payment provider (usually 5–10 business days).
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), specify your desired replacement in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if the requested item is out of stock, we will automatically process a refund instead.
Deductions: For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), a small restocking fee (up to 10% of the item’s purchase price) may be deducted from the refund. No restocking fees apply to returns resulting from our errors or defective products.
